The first day back to school I am thinking a simple pasta salad. Good when its hot good when its cold, simplicity, ok, ok, laziness is key!
I found this recipe that my kids happen to love.. Win win if ya ask me! I have to shake it up a little as I have a kid allergic to Tomatoes.

with some orange slices. The real ones that you peel. Lets face it.. Canned is good too..
Day 2: No recipe, this one is pretty straight forward. Seriously just buy the hummus if you don't want to make your own. There are several recipes available online if you want to try.

Day 3: I'm already getting a little worn out and I am just typing up ideas! 9 months will be looong!

And we made it! My first week of meal planning for the dreaded school lunch! I'll update later as to how this actually pans out.
